Our “No-Shank” Guarantee & Return Policy
At White Knuckle Golf, we forge our gear to be as tough as the golfers who use it. We’re proud of what we make and we stand by our stuff. If something’s not right with your order, we’re here to fix it. No nonsense.
The 30-Day Window We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for a Return To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, and preferably in its original packaging. Basically, if you could put it back on the shelf and sell it, you’re good to go.
How to Start a Return Starting a return is easy. Just shoot us an email at ct@whiteknucklegolf.com with the following info:
- Your Order Number
- The name of the item(s) you’d like to return
- A quick reason for the return (it helps us improve!)
We’ll get back to you within 1-2 business days with instructions on how to send your item back.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items (Our Bad) Did we completely shank one into the trees? If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, let us know immediately. We will cover all return shipping costs and send you a replacement at no extra charge. We will absolutely make it right.
General Returns & Exchanges (Changed Your Mind) If the product is in perfect condition but you’ve had a change of heart, you are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process a full refund for the product amount to your original payment method.
Refunds We will notify you as soon as we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take a few business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exceptions Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
